  • Went to Blue Blaze last night as a part of a Happy Hour for NC State Alumni. I had a great experience working with Ginni to coordinate the Happy Hour. She was extremely prompt with communication and was eager to meet with me to plan the event. Last night when I arrived, the brew room was set up and ready to go for our happy hour. They even had two tables out with table cloths to set up give-aways and check in guests. They also set up FOUR taps just for our group outside - now that is hospitality! Last night I tried to 'Murica IPA and found it to be delicious. The atmosphere is an Appalachian-inspired theme. I love all the outdoor photos on the walls. I will definitely come back to Blue Blaze in the future!
