  • Rich from Dino's was professional, knowledgable, kind and punctual. He always called first thing in the morning to give a window of time when he would arrive to work on our washing machine, then showed up on time, every time. A previous company had come in and made a mess of our laundry room, so it was really nice that Rich came in and put everything back as he found it when he was done. Will definitely recommend Dino's to others and have let the appliance store we purchased our washer from know that our experience with Dino's far surpassed that of the company they recommended. Hopefully they will take our advice and send customers to Dino's instead.
