  • After my tumultuous experience at Lexus (see review) I went to Audi, as it was one of the cars I was interested in. I had the pleasure of being greeted by Char, who is probably the awesomest chick I've met in a dealership, and in general. She is New sales gal. I told her what I was interested in and set me up to do a test drive. After a wonderful test drive, hard not to in fun cars, I came back and she pulled me a list of the available ones with color, prices, location etc. I ended up dealing with Ian mostly, who was a swell guy too. Very helpful, personable and knew his stuff. During the process of picking and what not, they would all answer emails and calls and answer every question for me. Upon purchase of the car, they gave me decent GC to Willow Park wines, as well as a wine and a nice wooden box. A couple weeks later was also a customer appreciation night (booze was supplied by willow park). They were tons to eat and drink, all staff was there, you could talk to them, the shop was open to take a look at cars and have the mechanics explain everything you wanted to know and probably will never need to know about you car. As well, there was prizes and what not. A nice touch personally, especially after such a terrible experience at The Other car place. if you are in the market for a new or used luxury car, check out this Audi, they don't care who are you or what you do, they just want to make sure you are happy.
