  • I signed a contract with them on June 22, 2017. Said contract stated work would start in 4 to 6 weeks, the roof would be done first with the gutters being replaced within a day or 2 of the roof work being completed. I called on July 25 and left a voicemail for Tara, it stated she'd be out until June 21(it's now a month old message) wanting to know when they would be coming to do my roof, I was also having windows replaced in August and did not want the 2 companies to be in the way of each other. I did get a call back the following day stating they would be out in about 2 weeks. I got a call on August 7th by the crew chief, stating they'd be out on the 8th to start the roof. They finished doing the work on August 9th. My husband and I were questioning the front of the house, as they did not remove the metal flashing covering the facia board, and the soffit was sagging. No one came out that week to finish the job, I ended up calling on August 16 at 10:30am and getting a voicemail for Tara (still stating she would be out until June 21(2 months old)), asking when someone would be out for gutters and stating I had questions about my roof. I never received a call back that day or the next. I called again on August 18 at 4:30pm, left a message with a person, was told they'd call back shortly. Someone finally called me ( I believe Steve) on August 21 at 12:15, he left me a voicemail saying he sent the order to the gutter guy via email and the gutter guy never go the email, sorry for the misunderstanding, I tried calling back at 12:57 and never got a call back. August 23 the gutter guy shows up around 9:00am. I go outside and he is on the phone with someone stating he cannot and will not install the gutters, the facea board is wrong, they never installed the flashing on it and the soffit is sagging. He tells whoever on the phone that I had called about it and never received a call back. The person on the phone tells him install the gutters anyway. He absolutely refuses to do the work, because the previous work was done incorrectly. He introduced himself as Richard, I was told later on the phone that wasn't his name--I don't know, he did not have on a 3rd estimate tshirt, drive their vehicle, or wear a name tag. He did take many pictures and sent them to his boss at the 3rd estimate. I waited until 11:00am to call them, hoping they would have straightened out what was going on. I talked to Tara and she said she just got the pictures and was going to look into the matter, and she'd call me back within the hour. I never received a call back, I called and left a message at 4:00pm. Never got a call back. August 24 at 9:44am I called and talked to Steve. He said he was out on the 23rd(confirmed via my security cameras) and was told someone would be out on August 25th or 28th to fix what was wrong with the facea board weather depending, said the roof was fine, he looked at it when he was at the house on the 23rd. No one showed up either day or at all during the week. I called again on September 6 at 8:00am. Talked to Stacey. Was told the owner wasn't in yet, they would call me back within 15-20 minutes. Got a call back from Tara at 10:55am and was told Josh would be Thursday around noon to fix anything wrong, weather depending. Gutters should be installed Friday Sept 8 or Monday Sept 11, depending on weather. Josh did show up on the 7th, he fixed the flashing on the facea board, stated the soffit was drooping probably due to rotten wood. He took before and after pictures and sent them to the owner. He said again someone would be out either the 8th or 11th, depending on the weather. No one showed up. I called yet again on September 14 at 8:50am. Left a message with the person who answered the phone wanting to know when someone would be out to fix the soffit and put the gutters up.Called again on September 16th and the 18th. No one called back. September 27 around 1:00 my husband ended up calling and talked to Steve. Was given the usual run around and told someone would be out by the end of the week for to fix the gutters. No one called us back or came out by Friday the 29th, when my husband called again. Was told they would be out the following week. They did end up coming out and installing the gutters the following week. So far the roof is not leaking, which is good. But their lack of communication is astounding. I work in customer service and do not see how they can still be in business. The best part is during all of this they actually sent a paper and an email to write a review for them.
