  • We recently used Umbrella movers to move 19,000 lbs of household goods here in Las Vegas. We can not say enough good about the movers. They were very conscientious, very polite and most helpful. We have moved a few times over the years and would say the actual movers were the best we have used.. I would like to give you a tip. DO NOT SIGN THE WAIVER for no damage on the spot as they would like you to do. They dropped one of our Ekornes Scandinavian chairs from about four feet.The teem leader was right there when it was dropped.They are worth about $2,000 a piece. At the time we did not think it got damaged. When we went to set in it several days later found out it was lose and wobbled back and forth. I have tried to contact the owner, Katherine for two weeks and she will not take my calls and hides behind the receptionist. Telling her she will call me back. Remember when you are # 1 there is only one way to go. What a shame and poor example for a owner to act like this. They are good, I just hope you do not have a problem. Jack A.
