  • I've been a loyal Enterprise customer for over 7 years and only once had to use another vendor. Their customer service always exceeds my expectations! When I walked in to this location, I was warmly greeted by Laura and we struck up a conversation. She's probably one of the easiest people you could ever like! I swear we had been friends for years and you would have thought the same if you walked in on our conversation. Upon returning, I was greeted by Chyna and Terry and Laura shouted her hellos from a back office. It was really busy (as they usually are) but the atmosphere was so relaxed and friendly, you hardly noticed. As people walked in, they were promptly greeted and reassured they would be helped. Chyna and Terry exude marvelous customer service and help to brighten people's days with their jokes. I enjoyed renting from this location and the excellent team!
