I ordered a sympathy arrangement for my Aunt's funeral. I requested the flowers to be delivered for the Family viewing on Friday at 3pm. I arrived and was disappointed to not see the arrangement I ordered. After two calls to the florist it was determined that another customer had also ordered a arrangement for my Aunt and wanted their order delivered to the church on Saturday for the viewing prior to the funeral. As a result someone at the florist decides to deliver my flowers not as requested for Friday but on Saturday. Imagine my frustration.
I will say after speaking to the owner, Jim Ludwig he did offer to still bring the arrangement to the funeral home. ( no need the viewing was over by the time the situation was sorted out.) He offered to discount my order by 30% which was a acceptable gesture but at the end of the day it really wasn't about the money.
Overall was a frustrating and disappointing customer experience for me at what was already a difficult time for me and my family.
