  • If it matters to you, IT DOESN"T ALWAYS MATTER TO US!!!! friendly and excellent service at Southwest is becoming so yesterday's news!!!! A change in top management( bye bye Herb) and massive consolidation and monopolies ( filled seats and fat fares) EQUALS no more friendly skies at Southwest. My best friend tried to apply his original fare on a rebooked flight( totally within Southwest policies). He shows up at airport and they had the nerve to disallow his credit and charge full price . That is stealing in my book !!! He wrote letters up the chain , but no recourse. Southwest didn't even bother to respond to his letters. UNBELIEVABLE !!!!! Watch these guys, they are so NOT what they used to be!!!!!!!!!
