  • I would like to update this review letting everyone know that after a yelp review, facebook review and filing a formal BBB complain this issue that took over a month to handle, was resolved in less than 8 hours. If you run into any issues with their financing company (ABC Finance Group), I urge you to use one or all 3 of those methods to get your issues resolved. I was floored by how quickly the issue was handled after the complaints were submitted online and I bypassed the gym entirely. I was refunded the full $168.00 I was owed, the $25.00 late fee was taken off my account and to make it up to me, they offered me some free stuff. The gym made it right, but man is their finance company lousy.
