  • My daughter has been attending this daycare for almost 3 1/2 years. She loves this school and often asks to go even when she doesn't need to. We have even moved and I still make that drive across town to take her here. Although there have been many issues that have deterred me from keeping her in this place. First, she has had plugs of hair pulled out and no one could tell me how it happened. I have even witnessed a child who appeared to be older than her and in the wrong class pulling on her hair and the attendants saying nothing until I got close enough to say something about it myself. Second, she has come home with scratches and bruises on her face. Third,and most importantly the staff can be a bit caty and at times rude. I have walked in to come pick up my child on many occasions and greeted whom ever is a the front desk and I just get a blank stare. Another instance is when I put in a request for a day change and I guess the woman who took it moved and no longer works there, and so they couldn't find the paper to verify what changes I made. So, the woman at the desk straight out told me, come back tomorrow or call because I don't have time for this right now. I don't know what that's all about but OK. And lastly, me and my husband both work in the healthcare field so both of our schedules change from week to week and sometimes day to day. That being said I would put in requests to change days and switch them around. Who ever I originally make these arrangements with is never there and especially when there is an issue regarding the change. They are so unorganized. Never the less my daughter enjoys this school. I just always feel a little uncomfortable taking her here due to the staff's performance and my interactions with them. There are a lot of crazy people in this world and I am trusting and paying these people to take care of my child. All in all, not really a fan of this place but my daughter loves this place. Don't want to break her heart and take her out of here, but getting a little irritated with the front staff's performance and attitude.
