  • Pros - Clean, friendly staff , airport shuttle staff friendly, decent breakfast even though 2/4 of the juices were out of order. Cons - Hot water was scarce. Internet didn't work. When we pulled in from the highway at night, we were a little concerned about the location. It was behind an out of business restaurant and was very dark except for right up front. It seemed sketchy. Reaching them by phone was also difficult. Each time we called we were in the phone queue for a min of 8-10 minutes. Overall - There are too many other options in that area for me to choose this location again. There were too things that I guess I took for granted (hot water/internet) that weren't available. They sent me an email to review the hotel. I did and was contacted by the manager. He was nice enough. I was given extra points but since I don't frequent this chain, they are really no good to me. Although nice, it was just lip service.
