The Linq Promenade has been opened a little over a year and I just came by to check it out about 2 days ago on my most recent Las Vegas visit. The Linq Promenade (right next to the Flamingo Hotel and the new Linq Hotel) is a fun place to browse and walk around. And of course the highlight of the promenade is the High Roller ride (it is pretty pricey for one ride... $24.95 for one adult during the day and $34.99 for one adult at night. Each ride last about 30 minutes and is located at the end of the promenade).
This place kind of reminds me of Universal City Walk or Downtown Disney back in California with all of the great eateries, bars and shops. Since it has been a little chilly here at night lately (this is the desert) there are these nice portable heaters all along the walk area. Standing in front of them feel fantastic :)
Come by here at night to see all of the signs all light up, especially the High Roller ride.
