  • Rentals America has grown over the 6 years of being a tenant and we have seen a lot of growth with the company. Luc even showed us the property in 2010 when we considered our rental. Our original property manager was Roni P. and she was great to work with. Upon being a tenant we have needed to make some necessary maintenance requests. All of the work order requests have been handled in a timely matter and were fixed properly. Rentals America has inspected the property every six months and we have always had good inspections each time. (We even received positive complements on our housekeeping) Prior to renting this home we were accustom to working with apartment manager's or the direct home owner's. Unfortunately, the owners have decided to sell the property so, we have a unexpected move next month. Andrea T. has kept in communication regarding this matter and provided us with a move out inspection sheet to let us know what they expect from the property when we vacate. After six years we are still pleased with their professionalism and would rent from them again if we are in the market.
