  • Our salesman Steven was very helpful, knowledgable and patient with our many questions about laminate, tile, carpet, & vinyl flooring. After discussing many options and viewing lots of samples and photos we decided on a combination of porcelain tile and carpet for our first floor. Steven took measurements and gave us an estimate. He said the whole 1100-sf job could be completed in 3-4 days. He was very clear setting expectations about what we needed to do to prepare. The installers showed up as scheduled, made sure they understood what we wanted, and got right to work. The tile was done in 2 days and carpet was done on day three. A thoroughly professional job with no unpleasant surprises, finished on time and at the price we agreed on in advance. Couldn't be happier!
