  • Time to change again....Needed a pick up from dropping off a rental truck to take me to McCarran Rental Car Return. I used these guys before and was very pleasantly surprised with their Promptness...especially compared to the other Service I was using....I guess it was an aberration, because this one was pretty bad....Called up on Thursdays Afternoon after walking a mile from the truck return to the In/Out Burger Plaza off of Eastern...Called up and got some A-Hole Service rep, he said where is pick up, I told him and then he was about to hang up and I said wait, how long...he paused, 20 minutes...I said ok..Went in got a Double/Double and ate my meal....18 minutes later, I went outside and waited...49 minutes later, I called and ask where is my taxi...I told him Eastern Ave by the In/Out....He said I don't remember, I have 1000's of calls....I said BS, you had 1000;s of calls the last 1 hour? BS, Look it up, he said 20 minutes again.......It came 30 minutes later...almost 2 hours with an A-hole dispatcher...Will not use them again...Now 2 Las Vegas Taxi Services off of my list....
