With many issues on my newest bill from lies that were told by a former employee BRAIM, the Manager said he is no longer here, and even made to comment because of situations like this. YET- his comment- he is no longer here, I cannot verify and therefore my hands are tied. ARE YOU KIDDING ME- ERIC WOLFRAM ( Store Manager), the back of your business card states " I can help you" I guess you did not get the message that you have the power to fix things that are wrong. You chose to error on the side of your bottom line of 40 bucks.
I called customer care again and finally got the issue taken care of- Some people have no business being in the position they are in. PLEASE change your business card to " I choose not to help you".
