This is just frustrating and unbelievable joke!
After 12 pages of text messages, more than 10 emails and many times of phone calls back and forth for clarifying, correction and confirmation on agreement etc, today I left work early to come home for a RODENT treatment at attic according to the schedule. But after Allllll these, when I opened the door, I saw a notice that asked me to check email, a bug service invoice has been sent to you! This is not the first invoice, before we set up the appointment I already received one that was said the service was done!
I'm speechless! I feel embarrassed to tell people that what I did to contact such a company. This is totally nonsense. Now I'm not even sure this company really exists or just a scam.
