| - When you live in a newly built apartment, the limited kitchen & entertaining space necessitates you use the complex 'club house'. I recently hosted a sit-down Sunday dinner in honor of visiting French friends. I invited a small group (12) and decided I wanted to just sit back and enjoy the gathering, therefore I needed to find a caterer that was flexible and reasonable. I found Lil'Leto Catering. I meet with the owner/chef Michael, who gladly visited the space, inspected (including the poolside grills) and worked with me on the courses, type of food and service style.
The organic food was scrumptious, proper temperature and plated beautifully from appetizers to dessert. Staff were quiet and very attentive.
The arancini (risottoe w saffron meat in center w onions and peas) were so lite. I chose a second appetizer - grilled calamari w a delicate fresh lemon garlic parsley topping - it was so tender! I could go on, but a thoughtful vegetables, pasta, and meat courses were followed by dessert -double chocolate tiramisu.
Yes I did go all out (but pricing was reasonable), but you can choose from so many dishes, you will not be disappointed so give Lil'Leto catering a call.
