  • Absolutely horrible experience!!! We ordered a dining table and chairs set and waited 10 days to get it. When we drove across town to pick it up, there wasn't even a table in the box, just the chairs. After talking with the manager and expressing how pissed I was, we had to pick out another table. They offered us free same day delivery for our trouble. We waited all night from 6 pm until 12 am and they never showed! The driver lied and entered into their computers that they delivered it at 11:58 pm. I watched the delivery update change from "on it's way" to "delivered" on their web site. Funny thing, I sold our old table and chairs on Craiglist a few days before this one was supposed to arrive. Now we have no dining room table! Will never shop at this place again!
