  • Absolutely terrible service. Card was charged and item was not shipped for three days while they were waiting to verify (something). No one bothered to reach out to the same email I ordered with. Refund took two days to process (even though the item never shipped) and still waiting for the credit to post back to my account. Thanks for wasting a week of my time with your incompetence.
