  • I had high hopes based on the reviews but when I got there there was one person vacuuming a pick up truck and no one in the front office to check in with. I showed up half and hour early which was my choice but even 15 minutes after my 4:00 appointment was supposed to start there was still only one man working and he said he didn't know where the other guy was except to wave vaguely down the street. He was very polite and it's not his fault, but it was very frustrating. I left after realizing that my time was being wasted. So I can't rate their work but that's one star for poor customer service. When you're ready to spend nearly $400, you expect basic customer service.
