All I can say is stay very far away from this store.
Two weeks ago my husband and I upgraded one phone, added a home line and a hot spot device to our plan. Marc B seemed very nice and helpful, but in reality he screwed up our account. Bill - the manager - always seems to be just tolerating the person he is serving. I've never seen him be nice to anyone. Can't understand how he got to be manager.
It took me 3.5 hours on the phone today to correct what they did, primarily because things were so confusing on the bill. The account reps I spoke with couldn't get in touch with the store on the phone and couldn't believe the errors in our bill.
Here they are:
1) We were charged for an extra line that we never ordered or received. My husband went in to get the store to take it off. Bill, the manager, took off one charge, but left the $36 activation charge on our bill for me to take care of later.
2) We were charged for insurance on the hot spot, which I specifically said that we did NOT want since the hot spot would just be in one place in my office.
3) They overcharged us by $25 for an upgrade.
All told, they over charged us by over $100 and rather than express any concern when I went in to talk to Bill, he just said, "there's nothing I can do."
Fortunately Sprint corporate didn't feel the same way.
