  • they came out for my ac via old republic warranty,,,took them 4 days to fix ,,always arriving after 6pm,,,tried to blame problem on a picture that has hung in bathroom for a long while,,,lol,,,i told them it was the thermostat but they did not listen and the fuse kept blowing until it went out completely.. chris call yesterday to tell me the wires were hung outside my house because he could not feed them thru wall but for ans extra $250.00 he could come back and staple to outside wall,,,,not acceptable,,,,,called the warranty company and told them i did not think this was up to code and they called chris and he told them it would and that this was just personal preference on where the wires were placed,,,,sorry but this should have been put back the way he found it,,,,lazy lazy scam,,,he saw 2 senior citizens and saw $$$,,,in negotiations with warranty company not,,, if not in my favor i will have to pay for this to be fixed,,,but small claims court is where i will take this,,,, terrible terrible finish,,,,do not use them,,,,
