There is no customer service or room service at all!! The receptionist have no customer consideration!! When I checked in they gave me key cards that were not even activated . Only to be locked out at 2am, had my grandmother freezing outside. I called the office and the receptionist just said that the maintenance guy will be there in 10 min. I walked to the office to ask her why she hanged up on me if I was still talking. The next day I went to the office I was greeted with a rude receptionist named Liz who gave us a look and attitude before we even asked for the extra blankets. I called her to get her full name to submitted a complaint with the supervisor which she did not want to provide. Only kept saying I'm sorry you feel like that which did not a sound like she even cared. I have been to different hotels and never have I been treated this way but every employee. Except for the maintenance guy thank you Mitchell!! Also the rooms have a strong odor that does not go away. Don't stay here your wasting your money!!!! Horrible experience!!!!
