  • I needed a rental car due to my dad being in the ICU in Scottsdale. I was a little stressed. The Alamo staff at the Phoenix-Mesa Gateway Airport were not made aware of my situation. I add this information to make a point. From the minute I approached the desk in the airport until I dropped the car off 3 days later, I was treated so well. I was greeted with an ice cold water and was given a very clean, reliable car to drive. I will absolutely rent from Alamo in the future.
