Ive been coming to this location for years, there has been changes in the last 2 years but after talking to the staff I now understand the goals of this set up. They are extremely busy(something that the staff cant control) so sometimes the wait for a banker can be 30 min. I only come in when its something I cant do from home, the customer sitting next to me was waiting to order checks! Now that's just stupid! I actually heard a lady walk up and sign in with the person at the front desk saying she needed to talk to a banker because she needs her balance! I couldn't believe that people are so incompetent that they would get in their car and drive to the bank to ask their balance! They must have a pretty miserable life that is uneventful! That kind of stuff needs to be done online and then there wouldn't be a wait for people like me who needed a business banker because of a concern on my payment processing for my business or things like opening an account etc. I waited around 10 minutes last time I was there(which is not bad). People need to have more patience in general. ALL the employees are super friendly and genuine, they know my name and make an effort to get to know me. In most business there are only 1 or 2 nice people who work there but at this Chase location EVRYONE is kind and seem like they enjoying doing what they do. The branch manager David, has helped me out in difficult situations and made and exception for me on a check I needed to have 300 dollars available and the policy is only 200$ when its from another bank. I really appreciate having a local branch I can trust and know that I can go in and be helped
