  • I went to Firestone across the street first and had a terrible experience there, came in to patch up my tire that had a small nail and they told me it had to be replaced completely and could not be patched up and I had to order a new tire for $300. Came to big O tires, they inspected the tire and were honest, didn't try to make money on me to purchase a new tire if unnecessary, told me the damage was minimal and could be patched up easily which they did for free!! Very grateful for their honesty and great service, hard to come by these days with everyone just trying to get money out of you anyway possible.
