  • If I could choose 0 stars I would! Don't take your items here. Horrible organization!! Beware of their business practices. I accidentally left 2 bags of non-purchased items late Saturday night (1 hour before close) and by open on Sunday they were "gone." In the confusion of packing the stroller that was not purchased, I totally forgot to grab my clothing bags. When I called the next morning, I got a series of mixed messages from "I was not working last night" to "We donated them already." I was frustrated with the variety of responses and went down to the store. I find it hard to believe that my stuff that was IN BAGS was simply gone after 15 minutes of being open the next morning. Finally, I asked the girl, if you donated them last night what organization did you donate them to? She had NO response. I find this APPALLING that they would simply disregard my items with no concern and have NO idea where they donated them to late on a Saturday night! I find it hard to believe that they "donated" them. I told them I could tell them EXACTLY what was in the bags and describe the items if they would look for them in their donations, but NO they kept saying "they are gone!" They are "gone" to some phantom organization that shall apparently remain nameless. The fact that the employees have no idea where the items go and that they will continually say " it was not me" "I was not here" etc.. is inexcusable. I actually only wanted to donate the items, but I wanted to donate them to a charity OF MY CHOICE not their nameless charity. They had my name and phone number and knew that I was bringing my items home. Why else would I take stroller? I would understand if even a day went by but it did not. They were not even open 2 hours in total! There is no way they donated them late on a Saturday night to a nameless organization. If they did I apologize, but their employees were not able to tell me that, including the one that closed the night before! I would like to know the name of the organization that they donated your items to! This is shady!!!
