I took my 11 year old daughter here to buy a Pandora charm. She had it picked out before we got to the store and she was super excited! We stood in Jared for 15 minutes at the Pandora counter and waited for someone to help us. Not a single employee asked if we needed help nor did they acknowledge we were standing there. I refused to go hunt one of the 10 employees down, they should come to me right? It appeared everyone was either busy talking or selling engagement rings or what appeared to be. I was really bummed for my daughter because she was so excited and the whole experience was ruined. This isn't my fist bad experience at Jared. I was there ar Christmas time when I bought her Pandora bracelet, but that's another review for another day. I should have know to go elsewhere. If your looking for Pandora charms etc, do not go to Jared. Cara's at Crocker Park is my next stop!
