  • I would like to give it 4 stars but for this particular visit I can't. The Beef Jerky Store is a must go to place when visiting Vegas. On my last visit in January, I bought the thin and crispy jerky which was a hit with the family and friends who I gave it to as omiyage. Each bag was like $17 I want to say.....and $10 for the smaller bag? We were buying well over $100 worth of stuff, but when asked if they had a sample of another item (freeze dried oranges) they wouldn't even open a small $2.00 bag for us to try. So I had to buy a bag, try it myself and then decide if I wanted to buy more. Which I didn't. Then, my little boy had to use the restroom (other times we visited they let us use their restroom) but they didn't let us use theirs this time. So I had to leave my basket full of stuff, walk him to the nearest casino to use the restroom and then go back! Mind you, it's cold out and it's just me and my 7 year old in DOWNTOWN Vegas (not the safest place). They lacked a little in customer service (on this visit) and should take into consideration the amount of money being spent and take care of the customers. That's the ALOHA spirit!
