  • If I could give this place less than one star, I would. These employees have NO customer service skills WHATSOEVER. I walked in, gave my tracking number, and the man behind the counter shouted "WHO TOLD YOU IT WAS HERE?" I said "The UPS call center told me it was here and gave me the address." He says "I don't see it" and WALKS AWAY. Doesn't say a word. I was standing in the lobby for 25 minutes before he comes back and walks towards the door outside and I said "am I supposed to follow you?" He grunted "ya." So outside we go... He starts to hand me NOT MY PACKAGE. I said "that's not mine. It's not my name not address." He says "It's not?? Are you sure?" I'm like really? Well for starters, it's not my name, not my address, so YES, I'm SURE it's not my package. I'm still here waiting... I've been standing here for 45 minutes while they "look" for my package... I'm about to snap. UPS IS A JOKE.
