  • The people here have always been nice. I can't really complain about service although all or our shipment records were lost and our usually shipping addresses were gone. The thing that makes me give them 1 star is the price. I went onto the UPS website and was quoted $50 for a shipment, I went into the store and they wanted $128 to deliver a 16lb package in a week. We ended up going out to ShippingbyELI on Higley and paying $40 to get the package there 2 days earlier with OnTrac.
