  • It is not often I am rendered speechless but today was an exception. I took my annoyingly expensive to maintain foreign car in for electrical work, and they told me I needed to replace a part. The price they quoted to me was on par with my independent research, and I took the car in for them to switch the part out. Lo and behold, the circuit going to the part was also kaput. The manager/owner dude told me he wasn't going to charge me labor. I gaped at him astounded. I hate going to the mechanic because I have to take their word for... everything. But these guy are a-ok.
