This operation deserves zero stars! This airline is a joke and doesn't care at all about customers.
After having my flight bumped 6 times with 4 gate changes, I decided to complain at the counter. Of course, the next flight option is the next day, also, they don't provide refunds or reimbursements but if you would like to call about compensation for your travel issues, they will hand you a card with a 1-800 number. Well, guess what, the people on that line, do not care about you either. And compensation, they will provide you a physical address to mail your request to because the number they provide you is nothing more than a customer service line that will answer with the same vague and useless answers as they do at the airport.
They also changed my seat assignment the day of when I went to check in. Weird how you can buy a ticket with a seat assignment and then end up sitting in the center seat in the back by the toilet.
American Airlines will jerk you around, lose your luggage and provide you with world-class no-customer service.
Spend a few extra dollars and fly Delta.
