I spent four nights at the Planet Hollywood Resort and Casino this past April. This was my first stay here. Breaking down the stay:
Arrival: we arrived around 7:30 on a Wednesday evening so there was no line. Check in was prompt and we were off to our room.
Room: I had a king bedroom. We ended up with a view of the strip (didn't pay for it). Room had a chez, table with two chairs, armoire, fridge, shower and soaking tub. Bed was comfortable as were the pillows. Everything was very clean. Housekeeping was at our room daily between 10:30-11:30.
Pool: We visited the pool early in the day. Over 21 pool (yes there are two) was somewhat shaded early which probably isn't a bad thing. We were able to use a free "daybed" between the two pools. Warning. If you want a poolside recliner, you have to pay and rent them. Hot tub was nice too.
Food: Ate at the Cafe Hollywood for breakfast two different days. A little pricey but food was ok.
Shopping: Miracle Mile shops were plentiful. Anything you could possibly want was there.
Gambling: I played a lot but not here. Tables were always busy higher minimums and what not.
Location: perfect
Service: Everyone was very friendly
I would definitely consider staying here again. Location is perfect and the rooms were nice!
