  • I have been using this shop for years after continually being harrassed/upsold by other local shops. This won't happen here under Mark's ownership. He's a straight-shooter and will only do the repairs that are necessary. He's always happy to explain what the problems are and how he's going to fix them. In rare cases he'll jury-rig something if it'll work and it's safe. His rates are fair -- and he'll save you money on nearly any other wallet-crazy rival -- at least in this area.
