  • Horrendous. Absolutely horrendous. Please please please save your money and sanity. I bought a Groupon for this place and was cancelled on not once, but twice, after waiting a month for my appointment! The staff were extremely rude and condescending. They didn't seem to care at all that I walked 30 minutes to get to the salon only to be told AT THE SALON that my appointment was cancelled. They didn't even have the courtesy to call me so I didn't waste my time. Also don't bother calling. They don't pick up their phone. You have to book an appointment via email. Bizzare. I filed a complaint with Groupon and got a refund.
