  • I am currently renting a property with invitation homes, I made my rent payment early through there system and was given a confirmation number saying my payment was excepted. 7 almost 8 days later i get an email saying I owe rent plus late fees??? So I call immediately to get this cleared up. All I am getting now is that they put in an email and I can either go pay the full amount plus late fees or wait for this "call" and keep accruing late fees. They' excuse is that i must have entered something wrong. My question????? How am I supposed to know this, if I have confirmation saying it had been excepted and paid????? I'm not a physic nor do I work there system!!!!! I was really hoping that all the terrible reviews I have seen were untrue. Where is the customer service??? So very disappointed in you Invitation Homes. Update*** since writing this review i was contacted by management and they waived a day of late fees. I had to pay the other fees as they could not let those go, because their company was charged the fees. All in all, lesson learned. Pay the $30 online credit card fee because it will be cheaper than having these problems again. Thanks for reaching out and clearing up the matter to your satisfaction.
