rev:text	This was my first visit to Urbana. Well a friend had given me a spa gift card (that I lost and finally found again) and this was one of the places I could select. The reviews were good and I settled on making an appointment. The receptionist was so kind I just knew that I was going to be in for a treat! When I arrived I checked in and was treated to a glass of wine. Right at my appointment start time I was walked back to start my services. I appreciate them being prompt! It means a lot especially when you arrive early for your appointment. I chose the Spa Luxe package. It's a facial and massage that basically gives you the best of both worlds. My facial was with Tammy and she was so kind. She explained everything and even extracted some of my problem areas. I felt so refreshed! Next up was my massage! My only gripe with this place is the waiting section that they leave you in between services. It's just not very "relaxing" . Let me explain- they set up up with tea and honey (which was delicious) but the space is right outside the break room for the massage therapist and next to the lobby. So you hear everything. The laughing, the talking, the making appointments, the phone calls. Everything! It's a little annoying. However, the wait isn't very long (thank goodness) and Kristy came to take me back. She was fantastic! She asked me about my pressure preferences and if there were any problem areas and she made me feel so relaxed! I'm recommend her every time. But I hear she's leaving! So I'll have to give them another try and find someone else that's just as good! Yes. Absolutely. I'll be back. Oh and they have discounts and a membership package where you can customize the services you get!
