  • I signed a 6 month lease here. The location is nice (close to the 51 and 101). The office staff is friendly and the property is well-kept. My biggest complaint is the atmosphere. The walls are thin. The residents above me could be heard all hours- 2am,6am,12pm... stomping around their apartment, it woke me up multiple times a night. The residents next to me played loud music late at night and the residents below me had their TV blaring that you could hear it from the parking lot. The side of the complex I lived on seemed more ghetto than the rest of the complex. I've been cat called walking to my car multiple times by shirtless men in the complex. Lastly, I received a notice that a level 2 sex offender moved into the same complex. I understand that these offenders need to live somewhere, but if I had i known this complex allowed felons, I would not have signed a lease here, being a single woman. I did not feel comfortable walking my dog at night due to the atmosphere here.
