  • First experience was great. Found them on Yelp, and decided to message. They replied quickly, and had me in same day with someone whose work I've seen on Yelp as well. Rachel took her time and you can tell she's been doing nails for a awhile. She's definitely a feisty one, but I came for her work and not for a therapy session. She keeps a good conversation when I'm feeling talkative, though. I read the reviews before I came. Happy customer will be returning and telling my friends and clients. UPDATE: third appointment with Rachel. Went from a long coffin acrylic (wish I took a picture because they were absolutely gorgeous-she even did both my ring fingers in full jewels, 1 by 1), to this time; a shorter square acrylic backfill. She re-shaped them well, and made sure 3 times it was what I wanted. If my coffins didn't break, I'm assured in her work! Added the Hazelnut color on top and I added the bling last minute. I've been to Rachel 3 times and I haven't been disappointed with her work. Let's talk about all the compliments I get! If I show her a picture, she takes it seriously and she is always available the same day every time I call. Even got a pedicure because I showed up early for my appointment, and figured I'd allow someone else to work on my toes. Just a simple pedicure by the manager, she is sweet and gentle. I was pleased that she took me since she was the only one available and was running the front desk. My toes look great! I will add that I enjoy the different types of things they put in pedicure water, and I always feel like it's clean with the steps they follow. Yes! Come to this salon.
