  • You have to pay attention. There are some tools that are absolute crap and others that are equal to others in the market. The vast majority are on the middle. There are some exceptional bargains. The parking lot is difficult to negotiate when crowded, and only has one way in and out. The staff is knowledgeable and helpful but corporate likes to make customers jump through hoops at checkout.
