  • This place is a joke!! They got my information from USAA true car. Called me several times and finally I agreed to make an appointment. They called me 4 additional times plus sent several emails reminding me of my appointment with Thomas Darby. I show up on time and he is no where to be found. Took 20 minutes for someone to acknowledge that we were there. The poor girl had no clue what she was doing and though Mr. Darby was indisposed on the toilet. Couldn't tell me anything about the cars or options and only wanted to discuss with me what color I would like. Finally after 45 minutes I just walked away. The good news is someone else got my business today and I have a new car. This place is just lousy.
