Worst dealer experience ever. Was trying to buy a car for my daughter. I explained to always know the price before you go down and waste everybody's time. So here is the email I received from the internet director.
" Good Morning! My name is Arielle and I am the Internet Director here at Camelback Kia. I wanted to personally thank you for choosing Camelback Kia as your preferred dealer. I see you are interested in the 2013 Kia Optima we have listed online. The great news is that Optima is still available! In fact, it is ON SALE THIS WEEK for ONLY $12,854! "
So we go down there with our finances in line expecting this price. They came back with a price $4k higher because they reconditioned the car. I asked where in the email it states this. She said she didn't know about the extra cost. Then the sales manager came over I showed him the email and he had nothing to say. From now reading other poat, sounds like this is common practice.
Stay away from this place they do not honor quoted prices.
