  • Worst customer service. Takes weeks/months for claims to be covered. They spend their whole time trying to figure out how to deny your pet's claim. Pay attention to what they put down as a pre-existing condition. I've had to fight a few and eventually got over-turned, but even with multiple vet opinions, they require you to spend hundreds of dollars to see a specialist to get anything over-turned. Run away from this company. So many head aches.
