Horrible customer service. Called the pharmacy to get specific info on a medication. Was told they had it no backorder. Even gave me the count of how many they had. Got a call today from a rude woman stating they did not have the medication I needed and that it was backordered. I explained her to her is didn't know how that was possible as i just confirmed yesterday. She proceeded to speak over me every time I tried to talk. Then told me anytime you call you get a call center and that next time I need to ensure they connect me with the pharmacy. Finally after being constantly interrupted and told what I needed to do to ensure the person on the phone was giving me the right information, I hung up. Called back the same exact way I called yesterday and confirmed I DID in fact talk to the pharmacy. So basically she was full of BS and just trying to get me off the phone. How about an apologist instead of yelling at your customers for YOUR mistakes.
