| - 8/2/15- The place was convenient for me. Walking distance from my home. I've gone to this place twice before and was happy the first visit. I always get a pedi and a mani. The second time I was convinced by a lady to try gel nails at a discounted price. The girl who did them seemed to have done a great job, but my nail broke the same night. I was told they wouldn't break. I decided to give the place the benefit of the doubt. Maybe try a different tech this time. But, on my last visit, which was this past Saturday. Which unfortunately...was my last. =/ I asked for gel nails in a particular color to match the pedi I was getting and wound up with a natural pink. They switched tech's so fast I didn't realize what was going on. My pedi started out great as usual, but then, more customers came in all at once. It got much busier than when I arrived. My pedi was cut short, as in "they missed a few steps to get me out of there" (it seemed that way). The male nail tech took over and did my gel nails so fast, I didn't realize he was finished (with no color). But, I had no time to complain because I was already running late for a dinner date. Then, (just today) I realized that I was over charged for my basic pedi and gel nails. I paid $50! Plus, I paid cash, which was supposed to have given me a discount. I am not a happy customer. Well... ex-customer, that is. So if you decide to give them your business, be careful and make sure, you're getting your full service. I am so disappointed and feel cheated. =/
Update-
8/9/15 - One week later... one of my nails cracked.
