rev:text	We waited a week to see if we would get a call to fix the awful customer service we received, and one never came. Our dishwasher is out, and scheduling with this company initially was a nightmare. Finally we found last Saturday between 12-2pm worked for both parties, and we requested a call 30 minutes in advance when they were on their way. My husband was the main point of contact, and they never called. My husband got called into work for an emergency. I am a teacher and work at the school across the street from my house. Although it was a weekend, I still went in to get some work done, and brought my 4 year old with me. The company called my husband and rudely stated that they were there, where were we. He asked what happened to our 30 minute call in advance, but that his wife was literally across the street working at the school and would return immediately. He called me, and I timed it- my classroom to my house, just under 7 minutes. Well, I saw them driving away as I approached the house, and they did not turn around. I called my husband to let him know, and he called the company. The lady on the phone sarcastically said to him, "I'm sorry, they couldn't wait. Maybe if you were nicer I could do something for you." So no offer to return later that day, no offer that they would be right back when they were literally down the street, nothing. My husband asked for the lady's name and the lead on the crew that left, and she refused to give it. When he asked to speak to the manager/owner, she said he wouldn't be in until Tuesday. Well, we hoped he would reach out to rectify the situation. We're hoping that he is ignorant to his employee's rudeness, but unfortunately we just don't know.
