  • I had a horrible experience with this company. We booked the rideshare limo from the airport to the Elara. While I was on the plane, they changed my pickup time from 6:45am to 9:09??? Of course no one was there when we arrived, had to go to the desk and request the car. On the way back I called to confirm pickup from Southpoint twice, and they still sent the driver to Venetian. Please don't make the same mistake that we did. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
