I visited Spirit Tree for the first time today and I will definitely be coming back. The best way to describe it is like a cozy general food store that carries local-made preserves, drinks, cheeses and tableware as well as popular brands like Wildly Delicious. They also carry their own line of apple drinks which range from simple ciders to sparkling ciders. Towards the back of the store is a bakery with a wood-burning brick oven and they sell a variety of breads and pastries made in that oven.
I bought a jug of cider, apply turnovers, a cheese bun and an a wild leek/asiago scone. All were good except for the scone. Maybe they are better fresh out of the oven?
Spirit Tree also has a 'Tasting Room' which looks more like a sit-down cafe. I didn't try it today but would love to next time I go.
